Return Policy
Returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days of delivery with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) only.  

  • If you placed an order via internet, please contact 1-866-480-2746 or by email at info@clearlyfreshbags.com to receive your RMA#. Do not send any item(s) back to us without an RMA#. Your package will be refused.
  • If you placed an order via telephone, please contact 1-866-262-2409.

• Products must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging. Items that can not be re-sold as new (including packaging) will result in up to a 33% restocking fee.
• You may also choose your own traceable shipping method for a return. Please make sure your RMA# is entered on the return label. You are responsible for all item(s) until they are received by the Returns Department.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs for your order nor do we pay for you to return items to us.
• We may, at our sole discretion, choose to accept a return after 30 days from delivery.
• Refunds will be applied to the method of payment originally used.


Damaged Shipments
In the event that you receive a damaged product, or the wrong product, contact our Customer Service Department within 21 days at 1-866-480-2746. We will send you a replacement item at no cost to you. Keep the damaged item until you receive the replacement. If you decide that you do not want the damaged item, it will be considered a return, and all of our return policies will apply. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Cancel an Order
If you wish to cancel your order, contact our Customer Service Department right away at 1-866-480-2746. We strive to process and ship every in-stock order right away, so immediate action is necessary to cancel an order. Once your order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, and must be processed as a return.
